BODY CARTOGRAPHY — 4 CHAPTERS

Four chapters mapped to the body. Origin on the ribs. Environment on the sleeve. Identity on the chest. Evolution on the back. Each piece marks a shift, not decoration.

CURRENTLY

The Will to Change

bell hooks

Men, masculinity, and love. The armour patriarchy issues costs men the very thing it promises to protect. Love asks for the will to change — and the change begins with letting yourself feel.

The Secret Teachings of All Ages

Manly P. Hall

The encyclopaedia of the Western mystery traditions — Hermetica, Pythagoras, alchemy, the tarot, the ancient schools — written by a twenty-seven-year-old, read as a map of what humanity kept trying to say.

The Elegant Universe

Brian Greene

Reality at the smallest scale is vibration, not substance. String theory as a lens on what "matter" actually is.

PHILOSOPHY — PARTIAL

Truth, even when it costs. . Integration over ideology — taking what holds across contexts and discarding the rest. . Spiritually open. Institutionally unbound.

WORK · THE FILE OF THINGS BUILT

WORK · THE TIMELINE

How the ideas arrived.

Every project below as a lifeline across the years — some spark and ship in a day, others wait a year or more between iterations. The best way in is to see the whole arc at once.

→ Open the timeline

PROJECT — RESTRICTED

Redacted.

AI orchestration embedded across supply, sales, market intelligence, finance, and C-suite reporting for a manufacturer. Designed and built solo, to save millions. Live in operational pilot — the shape is all I can show.

PROJECT — IN BUILD

Certa.

Compliance as an operating system. Went from polished demo to working software in one overnight run — real accounts, real persistence, and certificates read by AI behind human review.

FILE — PERSONAL · IN BUILD

Soma.

An operating system for the body. Six and a half years of Fitbit history freed from a Google Takeout export, the Apple Watch, and a cracked WHOOP — fused through HealthKit into one record I actually own. Becoming a coach: it journals into Anamnesis, reads the day, plans the food.

FILE — PERSONAL

Anamnesis.

The unforgetting. Years of handwritten journals made into a living record that reflects back — through whichever lens I choose. No findings published. The file is the point.

SYSTEM — THE ENGINE ROOM

The Framework.

The spec-driven, orchestrated build system underneath everything since July — plan, spec, build, review, merge, on repeat, across parallel worker terminals. It's why an idea and a working thing became the same afternoon.

PLATFORM — IN BUILD

APCP.

The Autonomous Product Commercialization Platform. Building the product stopped being the bottleneck — becoming a business is. Point this at a working repo and it wires the commerce around it: domain, email, payments, legal, analytics, a human approving every consequential step. Run one took FlatSignal from side project to revenue-wired in three days.

FILE — INFRASTRUCTURE · SELF-HOSTED

The Always-On Server.

An old laptop, plugged in and left on. It kept the Mac lean by taking the regenerable weight, hosts my private records myself, and runs 24/7 — reachable from anywhere over a private mesh, exposed to no one. I develop from my phone now.

CASE CLOSED · 2026

Mercurius.

An autonomous trading system, run to a verdict: five strategies, honest backtests, no edge after costs. Wound down on evidence — the method is what survived.

PROJECT — LATEST · FIRST GAME

Crash Derby Arena.

A half-remembered PS2 game I couldn't stop thinking about, so I rebuilt it — sixteen chunky banger cars in a county-fair dirt bowl at dusk, ram and boost until one is left rolling. Fourteen waves deep now: a full fair economy, the Gulag, split-screen — and online play coming, hosted on the always-on server so friends can join even when the laptop's off.

PROJECT — ACTIVE

God’s Favourite.

ML coordinate prediction in visual data. EfficientNet-b0 regression with a human gaze training signal. Won first entry.

PROJECT — LIVE · OPERATIONAL

FlatSignal.

Good London flats go before the viewing. Every new listing across four portals watched, deduped, and scored with an explainable model — and now a real product: its own domain, accounts, plans, and instant alert emails, operationalised in three days through APCP.

PROJECT — LIVE

Flight Finder.

The flight-deal newsletter rebuilt as personal infrastructure. Fares discovered, verified, scored against honest baselines — checked daily, with the weather and the red-eye warnings inline.

PROJECT — LIVE · BUILT IN A DAY

Kallos.

What the Ancient Greeks would have said about your face. One tweet about physiognomy, one day of building — a classical archetype read from a single portrait, honest that it's play.

PROJECT — LIVE

Inner Axis.

A reading of the company your ideas keep. Answer a few hard questions and it maps which philosophical traditions your views most resemble — as a star chart you stand at the centre of. The full-circle return of the first GPT that showed me what AI could do.

PROJECT — PERSONAL · BUILT FOR FAMILY

Job Search Automator.

Someone close was made redundant, so I built the system I said I'd build. It scrapes the boards, scores each role against the real CV, and drafts the tailored CV, cover letter, and outreach — and it's now a profile pack, with a second family member running their own copy in a different field.

PROJECT — RESTRICTED

Cockpit.

Sales intelligence for the day job — demoed to the team, in daily use. Evidence-attributed account dossiers, a browser extension that arms you from any open record, and the engine now callable as a service. No send button, by design.

PROJECT — LIVE

Sky Above.

A tool for understanding yourself. Born from an idea, built solo, and taken public — then the paywall came down. Free now: precise charts, AI readings, a grounded interpreter.

PROJECT — LIVE · BUILT OVERNIGHT

Surf Trip Finder.

A joke in the surf group chat, turned into software before sunrise. Weekend verdicts for North Devon — then Sydney and New York by the time the group chat woke up.

10 custom GPT instruments — inner work, intelligence, creative tools, craft utilities, body. → View lab

ASK PARAM — A LIVE VERSION OF ME

Ask Param.

Not a bot answering about me — me, in AI form. Trained on how I think, write, and see the world, it answers as I would, in my voice and with my views. Ask it about the work, the philosophy, the practice — or anything at all.

Take responsibility for your own life. No one else is coming to do it for you — and that is not cruelty, it is just the shape of things. If you want it, take it upon yourself to go get it.
