How the ideas arrived.
Every project as a lifeline across the years. The markers are the moments that mattered; the gaps between them are the point — some ideas spark and ship in a day, others wait a year or more between iterations.
Most began as a line in a notebook — a teenage habit of three business ideas a day, kept for years to stay tuned to where opportunity hides. The ideas were never the constraint; capability was. The burst you see in July isn’t speed of thought — it’s the lag closing. The tooling underneath finally caught up, and a project framework I built to run builds like this one turned an idea and a working thing into the same afternoon.
