On the Road.

The footage from between the stops. Passes, tunnels, Austrian valleys in the rain, Swiss vineyards and glaciers from the window, the dashboard camera on the four of us in the two cars. Most of the eight days looked like this.

Over the top and into Trient, the glacier hanging above the village. France was next.
Day two, Germany. The Eifel from the passenger seat.
Day three, Germany. Stuttgart to Munich, by way of the castle.
Day four, Austria. The Tyrol in the rain, cloud down on the valley, the estate ahead.
Day six. The road up to the Simplon, the camera out of the coupe window, the estate behind.
Day seven, Switzerland. The car train through the Lötschberg. Brake lights and nothing else until the far side.
Day seven, Switzerland. The DSLR comes out in the passenger seat. The frames above came out of it.
Day seven, France. Into the Chamonix valley, the Mont Blanc massif ahead.
