Lisbon.

I spent May 2024 in Lisbon: a month, a lot of new people, and a very good time.

A month in Lisbon, and I lived there rather than toured it: a terrace in the mornings, the hills in the afternoons, a different room of people most nights.

The days ran out from the city. Cascais for the sea, Sintra for the forest and the palace, a seminar on the mats, and a home game at Alvalade.

I met a lot of people and took a lot of photographs. These are the ones that hold the trip.
